M.1 Quick and Easy Capture
Capture the entire screen
- Press the Windows key + Print Screen keys simultaneously. The screenshot will be saved as a PNG file in the “Screenshots” folder within your “Pictures” folder.
Capture a specific window
- Click on the window you want to capture.
Press Alt + Print Screen. This will copy the screenshot to your clipboard. You can then paste it into an image editing program like Paint.
M.2 Using the Snipping Tool
- Press Windows key + Shift + S.
A snipping tool will appear. Choose the type of snip you want (rectangular, free-form, window snip, or full-screen snip).
